Break free from insurance rules and co-pays

To us, it doesn’t matter what kind of insurance you have – we don’t bill insurance. You are free to choose Choice Health & Wellness as your primary care clinic, skip the co-pays and save your money. It’s still a wise choice to maintain standard health coverage in the case of a major illness, injury, surgery, or hospital stay – but most of our patients never require more than routine check-ups and basic treatment. Perhaps a catastrophic health insurance plan is all you really need, just in case something big happens. For every other medical visit, we’ve got you covered at Choice Health & Wellness.
