Trilogy Health was formed out of Dr. Ellyn Levine’s passion and desire to help others with their medical, weight and cosmetic needs.
Dr. Ellyn Levine has been practicing medicine since 1991 and has a certification in Internal medicine through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and is a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She has won numerous quality of care awards through her affiliation with Sharp Community Medical Group. Adding onto this, Dr. Levine is a COPE (Center for Obesity Prevention and Education) Certified Health Coach through Villanova University and Optavia.
This is one of the few centers in San Diego with a diplomate of the Board of Obesity Medicine physician evaluating your progress and monitoring your weight loss success.
Dr. Levine also is very experienced in cosmetic treatments. She has performed thousands of treatments using lasers and injectables such as Botox and fillers. Dr. Levine is also known for her expertise in laser tattoo removal and has treated hundreds of clients.
Dr. Levine knows that affordability is an issue when it comes to cosmetic and weight control programs. She offers many programs that can be tailored to fit your needs whether it is for weight loss or cosmetics. Dr. Levine is very friendly, and you are likely to feel comfortable in her presence.
